Hotel Holt has one of Iceland’s quality restaurants, Gallery Restaurant, a landmark establishment since 1965. The restaurant’s reputation is well deserved and the à la carte menu is truly inspired by French culinary traditions. The Gallery Restaurant and its sommeliers are proud of the most extensive wine cellar in Iceland that consists of over 4.000 bottles. The Skálholt whiskey bar is well renowned for an exclusive single malt selection that offers over 120 brands and 60 different Cognac and Armagnac.
Hotel Holt’s environment is adorned with original works of Icelandic art and represents the largest privately owned art collection in Iceland.
